Loading error ec=2100

1st time user of Micro-IDE and Loader.
under project settings>general>download with>c:\\program files\\bipom\\loader51\\loader51.exe
Under tools>options>loader>19200, 8,1,n, com2   all to match the settings in control panel.

I\'m getting two errors:  1. On Compile or build "The project uses toolkit that is not installed......"             and 2. on download "Error downloading For_next.hex to target board, ec=2100 Unknown Loader."

Help would be appreciated.

This problem solved. I unloaded and reloaded the Micro-IDE from the disk this time instead of a download.  That helped. It also helped that I checked +5V on the prototype board and found a disconnect............ I love it....
