PCB Prototype Assembly

BiPOM specializes in fast-turnaround prototype assembly. Our automated component database generates a complete assembly kit instantaneously from Eagle CAD schematics. Components are assembled to bare printed circuit boards at our assembly shop using state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment. Most of our custom designs use surface mount components that are assembled using a robotic pick and place machine. For rapid and uniform dispensing of solder paste, a stencil is used.
