Order Shipment:

Orders in immediate stock are shipped as soon as possible. Most orders ship the same day. For faster delivery, some items that are not in immediate stock may be drop-shipped from the factory on the same day. We will notify you by e-mail if there is going to be a delay in processing your order. Orders may be shipped for Saturday delivery on special request.

FOB point is Houston, Texas, USA.

Handling Charge:

A $10.00 COD charge applies to all Cash On Delivery ( COD ) orders.

A $10.00 Wire Transfer charge applies to all incoming wire transfers.

Sales Tax:

Only Texas residents need to remit 8.25% sales tax. BiPOM Electronics does not remit sales tax to states other than Texas. If you are purchasing our products within Texas for the purpose of reselling, please fax, mail or e-mail us a signed Texas Resale Certificate and we will waive the sales tax on your current and future orders. All customers are responsible for all local and home state sales/use tax.

Return Policy:

BiPOM Electronics will gladly accept merchandise returns and will replace the product or refund your money ( less a 15% restocking charge ).

In order to facilitate our return processing:

• Please send an email to sales@bipom.com to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number before returning a product.Please specify the reason for return.
• All returns should be made within 30 days of date of invoice and be accompanied by the original invoice number.
• Return freight charge must be prepaid; C.O.D. returns are not accepted.
• As much as possible, merchandise should be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition.
• Defective products may be returned within 1 year of the original invoice date and need not be in original packaging.
• A nominal 15% restocking charge applies on all refunds.
• Software products and books can not be returned.

This return policy may be altered for special circumstances which requires approval from BiPOM Electronics.

International Orders:

In addition to the United States and its territories, BiPOM Electronics also accepts orders from other countries. All orders of international origin are exported from the U.S. in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to U.S. Law is prohibited. There is no handling charge for International Orders. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. International Express Mail is usually the best choice for international order; it is traceable, insurable and reasonably priced. Please note that there may be additional delays due to customs procedures of various countries.

Freight Damage:

If you receive merchandise that has been damaged in transit it is important to keep the shipping carton, packing material and parts intact. Please, contact BiPOM Electronics immediately to initiate a claim.

Prices are subject to change without notice and quantities may be limited.

Minimum Order:

There is no minimum order level.

Privacy:

BiPOM Electronics does not sell or distribute your order, contact or other information to any third party. Customer information is stored securely on a server that is not on the internet.

Product Liability:

BiPOM Electronics warrants micro-controller board products for a period of 3 years. If the board becomes defective during this period, BiPOM Electronics will at its option, replace or repair the board. This warranty is voided if the product is subjected to physical abuse or operated outside stated electrical limits. BiPOM Electronics will not be responsible for damage to any external devices connected to a micro-controller board.

In no event shall BiPOM Electronics be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages in connection with or arising from the use of a product. BiPOM's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Products sold by BiPOM Electronics are not authorized for use as critical components in life support or safety of flight devices or systems. A critical component is any component of a life support or safety of flight device or system whose failure to perform can be reasonably expected to cause the failure of the life support or safety of flight device or system, or to affect its safety or effectiveness. Safety of flight qualification is the responsibility of the buyer.
