The full speed USB packet size is 64 bytes. If the packet is not full, then the device waits till the latency timer (typical is 16ms) times out prior to sending the packet out.Please change the latency timer to 2ms and this will improve the speed. See the document: CBL-USB-COM-1 Speed Improvements
